Zahid Shafi comes from the Manzimpara area of Shopian, Kashmir. He is presently completing his B A at govt degree College Shopian. Besides being a student, he is the author of the book "Ashes and Patel's: the voice of broken heart"

Writing being his plaything, he speculates that paper has got more forbearance than people around. His soul resembles the solace , which forth results in the pearls he has created with his pen. His enthusiasm has derailed all the constraints and shadows almost every aspect of writing filled with passion, enthusiasm, depression, love agony, and heartbreak.

He triumphed at writing in the poetry genre mostly. And he reckons that writting is the lone path to portraying one's inner sense. As per him the best way to reality.

Well , the world bleed blood , but he bleeds ink and knitting the words beautifully to make something eye-soothing , something to which people relate.
